We're based at Henham, just outside Bishop's Stortford, right on the Herts and Essex border. That puts most of both counties within a 15-mile radius — close enough that an emergency call-out is always a short drive, not a long wait.
Our Google listing says open 24 hours because it is. Nights, weekends and bank holidays are normal working hours for an emergency plumber, and we'd rather be the one you can actually reach at 3am than the one who rings back on Monday.
