A shower leak is one of the few plumbing faults that can run for a year before anyone notices — and by then it's a ceiling job, not a plumbing job. We fix the shower, and we check what the water has already been doing underneath it.

My shower goes hot and cold — what causes that?
Nearly always the thermostatic cartridge in the mixer valve giving up. It's a replaceable part on most valves, so it doesn't usually mean a new shower.
There's a stain on the ceiling under my shower.
Please don't leave that one. It means water has been getting through for a while, and the longer it runs the more of the ceiling and joists it affects.
Can you improve my water pressure?
Sometimes — it depends whether the restriction is in the fittings, the pipework or the incoming supply. We'll test it and tell you honestly what can and can't be improved.
Do you install complete bathrooms?
Yes, we handle the full plumbing side of a bathroom installation as well as repairs.
