A burst pipe or failed joint flooding a room. Turn off the stop tap first, then call.
A ceiling is bulging or dripping
Water pooling above a plasterboard ceiling can bring it down. This is urgent.
You have no water at all
Loss of supply across the whole house, often a failed valve or a mains issue.
Sewage is backing up
Waste coming back up a toilet or shower tray is a health risk, not a wait-till-Monday job.
You can't find or turn the stopcock
Seized stop taps are extremely common. We'll guide you by phone, then replace it.
Your boiler is leaking
Any water escaping a boiler or cylinder needs isolating before it reaches electrics.

Are you really available at 3am?
Yes. Our Google listing says open 24 hours because it is — nights, weekends and bank holidays. Ring 07858 117024 and you will get a plumber.
What should I do before you arrive?
Turn off the stop tap, usually under the kitchen sink or where the mains enters the house. Open the cold taps to drain the system down, and move anything valuable clear of the water. We'll walk you through it on the call.
Will I know the cost before you start?
Always. We diagnose the problem, explain what's needed and agree the price with you before any work begins. Visits start from £75 for a standard appointment (Monday–Friday, 8am–5pm), from £125 for an urgent evening or weekend visit (weekday evenings 5pm–9pm, plus weekends and bank holidays from 8am–9pm) and from £165 for a late-night emergency visit (9pm–8am, every day including weekends and bank holidays). The final cost depends on the job, access and any parts required. No hidden charges. You approve the price before any work starts.
