Do you have to pull up my floor?
Only as a last resort. We isolate and test first to narrow the location down as far as possible, so if anything does have to come up it's a small, targeted area.
My boiler pressure keeps dropping — is that a leak?
Very often, yes. A slow leak on the heating pipework is one of the most common causes. It's worth finding early, before it reaches a ceiling or a floor.
Can you help with an insurance claim?
We'll give you a clear written breakdown of the cause and the work carried out, which is usually what insurers ask for. We can't handle the claim itself.
How fast can you get to a burst pipe?
A burst is treated as a priority emergency. Ring 07858 117024 — we'll give you an arrival window and talk you through shutting the water off in the meantime.
